The 16th ARLEM Plenary Session will take place on 6-7 November 2025 in Palermo, Italy.
Events will unfold over two days; on 6 November there will be the 30th ARLEM Bureau meeting and European partners' coordination meeting and Mediterranean partners' coordination meeting. On 7 November the 16th Plenary Session will take place. During the plenary session we will have a dedicated ceremony for the 2025 edition of the ARLEM Award - Young local entrepreneurship in the Mediterranean.
