The European Alliance of Cities and Regions for the Reconstruction of Ukraine, created in 2022 upon initiative of the European Committee of the Regions, brings together all relevant EU and Ukrainian local and regional authorities’ associations and key partners as well as cities and regions involved in Ukraine’s reconstruction , to coordinate joint efforts for decentralised and sustainable recovery aligned with Ukraine's EU integration. Finally, a joint call for reconstruction projects by multilateral municipal partnerships in the context of the Weimar triangle plus Ukraine will be launched during the meeting.
The meeting will be co-hosted by the European Committee of the Regions and the City of Gdańsk.
