Energy efficiency in buildings

This project carries out a light and open source tool available to local public authorities and private individuals to initiate them and to accompany them in the process of upgrading the energy renovation of buildings, encouraging investment in this sector and the training of new qualified professionals..

Functioning publicly and transparently, the DeciWatt digital platform will provide basic information which will steer users through the complex process of energy restructuring. It will do more than analyse buildings' energy performance, supporting users as they choose the most appropriate measure (co-design) and providing a cost-benefit analysis with estimates for improvements with timeframes for returns on investments and expected results.

The service will also provide technical support for accessing incentives or national and European funds. The DeciWatt system will improve the efficiency and operation of the public administration, the driving force behind the renewal of public and private property heritage.
