The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is preparing an Opinion, Action Plan for Affordable Energy-how to secure affordable, stable and clean energy for all EU cities and regions led by rapporteur Hanna ZDANOWSKA (PL/EPP), Mayor of the city of Lódź (Poland).
The CoR will hold a hybrid stakeholders' consultation on 23 June, from 14:30 to 16:30 CET. You will find the agenda of the event here.
This event will provide the rapporteur with input to prepare the draft opinion and address the major issues in implementing the measures included in the Action Plan for Affordable Energy. Increasing the clean energy transition to provide a secure and affordable energy supply for households and businesses is a significant milestone for the CoR.
