The event will focus on the role of regions in shaping effective healthcare ecosystems, bringing together perspectives from public authorities, universities, research centres, European networks, and the private sector. Particular attention will be paid to how integrated ecosystems can support innovation, skills development, and talent mobility.

Using Tuscany as a case study, the conference will showcase good practices in linking research excellence, healthcare services, and entrepreneurship, while encouraging exchange with other European regions and stakeholders.

The discussion will also address synergies between EU programmes and policy instruments supporting health innovation and regional development, contributing to more resilient and competitive healthcare ecosystems across Europe.
