Objective

To recognise and underline the strategic importance of Research and Technology Infrastructures (RTIs) for Europe’s competitiveness, sovereignty, and transformation.
To analyse and highlight the main challenges facing RTIs in Europe, particularly fragmentation, underinvestment, and unequal access across regions.
To promote and advocate for stronger investment, coordination, and policy alignment at EU, national, and regional levels.
To propose and recommend concrete measures to improve governance, accessibility, funding synergies, and stakeholder involvement in RTIs.
To encourage and support the use of RTIs as key instruments for delivering EU priorities, especially the green and digital transitions and broader societal goals.
