The 24th COTER Commission meeting will take place on Wednesday, 3 July in Brussels. COTER Members will discuss and vote the adoption of two opinions and exchange views on four other opinions:
- First discussion and adoption of draft opinion “Creation of a common European mobility data space”, Rapporteur: Zdeněk HŘIB (CZ/GREENS)
- First discussion and adoption of draft opinion on “A just Transition for all EU regions”, Rapporteur: Marco MARSILIO (IT/ECR)
- Exchange of views on draft opinion “A renewed Cohesion policy post 2027 that leaves no one behind - CoR responses to the 9th Cohesion Report, the Report of the High-Level group on the future of cohesion policy and the Council conclusions on the future of Cohesion Policy (June 2024)"(working title), Rapporteurs: Emil BOC (RO/EPP) and Vasco ALVES CORDEIRO (PT/EPP)
- Exchange of views on draft opinion “EU budget and place-based policies: proposals for new design and delivery mechanisms”, Rapporteur: Marie-Antoinette MAUPERTUIS (FR/EA)
- Exchange of views on draft opinion on "Solving obstacles to the cooperation of emergency services in the EU’s border regions’’, Rapporteur: Pavel BRANDA (CZ/ECR)
- Exchange of views on Hungarian Presidency referral "How to exploit the full potential of cohesion policy to tackle demographic change”, Rapporteur: Raquel GARCÍA GONZÁLEZ (ES/PES)
