Do you work in a city, municipality or regional administration in Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova or Ukraine?
The European Committee of the Regions (CoR), through the Conference of the Regional and Local Authorities for the Eastern Partnership (CORLEAP) , is launching an online academy to give you direct access to European institutions, expert knowledge, and real examples from EU cities and regions.

What you will learn
Six online sessions about:
- The EU institutions and bodies, with an emphasis on the European Committee of the Regions
- Subsidiarity, proportionality and multilevel governance in the EU and EaP countries
- Accessing and managing EU-funded projects
- Transparency and good communication with citizens
- Transparent and efficient public procurement at local and regional level
- Digital transformation, e-government and innovation in local public administration
How it works

Six live online sessions over one semester. Each session – lasting 1,5 hours – presents a topic with experts from EU institutions and academic experts, showcases real examples from EU local and regional authorities, and includes a questions-and-answers part. The calendar is available in the documents below.

A resource library with recordings and materials you can return to at any time.

An online space to exchange with other participants between sessions.
Language
Sessions are held in English with live interpretation into and from the national languages of the Eastern Partnership countries, and key materials are translated.
Who can take part
Civil servants and officials working in local and regional public administrations in the Eastern Partnership countries.
