For calls for tender following publication of a contract notice please carefully read and follow the instructions included in the contract notice and the procurement documents.

Low and Middle value contracts

The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) awards two main types of contracts:

  • Low value contracts (value not exceeding 60.000 €), for which the CoR has to invite a minimum of three  candidates, and 
  • Middle value contracts (value between 60.000 € and 143.000 €) for which a minimum of five candidates are to be invited.

Additionally, negotiated procurement procedures for middle and low value contracts are regularly advertised.

How to apply for low and middle value contracts

To apply, please send us an email including the following information: subject of the tender, name, address and contact details of your company.

  • procurement-pgfc@cor.europa.eu if the low and middle value procedure is launched by the Directorate for Logistics, Directorate for Translation and the Directorate for Innovation and Information Technology
  • COR-Marches-Publics@cor.europa.eu if the low and middle value procedures launched by the other Directorates

Contracts awarded

According to Article 166 of the Financial Regulation and the point 3 of Annex I FR, the Committee of the Regions (CoR) has the obligation to publish annually a list of contractors. The subject and the value of the contract awarded has to be specified for contracts with a value greater than 15.000 €. Additionally a list of specific contracts, based on framework contracts signed in the previous year of the publication, is to be released.
