Regenerating urban housing stock is a huge part of improving people’s quality of life, while at the same time combating climate change.

Seville City Council takes the view that the regeneration of housing represents the way forward for developing the city.

An area marked by social exclusion and with real needs has been selected. This initiative aims to change the nature of the neighbourhood by regenerating its housing. The aim is to regenerate housing in a sustainable way that improves the quality of life in the neighbourhood, with energy efficiency savings also contributing to this process.
