The PAAC is a strategic document that has a cross-cutting impact on all policies of the Regional Government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. The coordinated mobilisation and participation of all governing bodies is important; it is also important for the Regional Government to take note of this report.

The Andalusian Climate Action Plan 2030 (PAAC) sets out the measures taken by the various governing bodies of the Government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the years 2021-2022, using standardised factsheets and ensuring consistency between the reference planning tools in the region.
Since February 2022, the Andalusian Climate Change Office (OACC) has coordinated the collection of this information, culminating this process in July 2022, having compiled a total of 119 action sheets, and with a total budget of EUR 1.783 million.
Given the cross-cutting nature and scale of the package of measures, a report has been drawn up which has been submitted to the Regional Government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, with the proposal that the body of work carried out be presented as the Regional Government of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia's Climate Action Report 2021-2022.
The measures are spread across all the policy areas and strategic areas of action set out in the PAAC, focusing on those relating to energy efficiency and deployment of renewables, promoting carbon offsetting, protecting the natural environment, managing water resources and spatial planning, and preparing a green budget.
