The event will bring together young feminist leaders and representatives of European institutions to explore how women's rights are shaped across Europe and how young people can actively engage in that process.

The panel will provide participants with an overview of the current European gender equality landscape, including the implementation of the Roadmap for Women's Rights, the EU Gender Equality Strategy 2026-2030, and other key developments affecting women's rights. Speakers from European institutions and civil society will share both their policy expertise and their personal leadership journeys, demonstrating that European decision-making is accessible and open to the next generation of feminist leaders.

Through an interactive discussion and networking opportunities, participants will gain practical insights into the roles of different European institutions, discover concrete pathways for civic and political engagement, and build connections with women working to advance gender equality across Europe.
