This EU Local Dialogue is organised by the Conference of the Presidents of Regional Assemblies with the support of CoR member Antonio Aurigemma (IT/ECR) and the Italian Delegation at the CoR.
Taking place in the premises of the "Palazzo Senatorio – in Campidoglio", just one day before the 2025 Ukraine Recovery Conference in Rome, the conference will welcome CoR President Kata Tüttő and the Minister of EU Affairs of Italy.
70 years after the signing of the Treaty of Rome of 1957, in the same premises, the event has the objective to underline the role of Regions and Local authorities in the future definition of EU policies and their effective implementation.
All the Italian Regions, together with the Regional Legislative Assemblies, should contribute to the debate, offering ideas and skills for a multilevel governance that is truly at the service of citizens.
