ENVE works in fields related to the European Green Deal, which include the environment biodiversity, circular economy, zero pollution, climate change, energy, and space policies.
Trained staff: The cleaning is carried out by trained staff who have extensive knowledge of the latest methods. Our ambition is that it should always be the same staff who clean at your place. We also have partners who clean in some of the municipality's premises, and in certain types of cleaning. When regular staff is sick, cleaning resources or hourly substitutes come from the Staffing Centre instead.
Quality: We regularly carry out thorough quality checks of our work according to a quality measurement system. Both the customer and the unit managers at Lokalvård receive the quality reports for follow-up.
The environment in focus: The municipality's cleaning is certified as an environmental diploma since 2016 and all our employees have completed an environmental training course. We have conducted a thorough investigation of how our business affects the environment, and what we can improve. For example, it is about reducing waste from consumables, reducing the use of chemicals and moving to eco-labelled and perfume-free products, reviewing how we transport ourselves, and more. To further reduce the use of chemicals, we use dry mops and microfiber cloths when cleaning, and pre-moistened mops and cloths to remove stains.
Environmental diploma : The environmental diploma is done according to a model from the Association of Swedish Environmental Standards. It is a non-profit organization that was founded in 2005 as a result of several years of cooperation between the City of Gothenburg, Järfälla Municipality, Nacka Municipality, City of Stockholm, Keep Sweden Clean, and others.
