The 7th meeting of the CoR Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget (COTER) will take place at the European Committee of the Regions, Rue Belliard 99-101, Brussels, room JDE 52 on Thursday, 5 February 2026.
At this meeting, COTER members will discuss and vote on the following opinions:
- NRPP Fund Regulation - Rapporteurs: Emil Boc (RO/EPP) and Vasco-Alves Cordeiro (PT/PES)
- ERDF including ETC and CF Regulation - Rapporteur: María Guardiola Martín (ES/EPP)
- Performance Framework Regulation - Rapporteur: Luca Menesini (IT/PES)
- Connecting Europe Facility Regulation - Rapporteur: Juraj Droba (SK/ECR)
Moreover, COTER members will have the opportunity to discuss and vote the COTER Commission Work Programme for 2026, as well as the Work Programme for 2026 of the European Cross-Border Platform.
