You are invited to take part in a hybrid stakeholder consultation on the SME Relief Package and BEFIT which will take place on Tuesday 24 October 2023, from 14h00 to 16h00, in room JDE 53 of the European Committee of the Regions, and online, via Teams.
The Communication on the SME Relief Package, as well as legislative proposals on Regulation on combating late payment in commercial transactions and on taxation (BEFIT, HOT and TP directives) are of significant relevance for local and regional authorities.
The stakeholder consultation is aimed at providing the rapporteur, Ms Kate Feeney (IE/Renew), Councillor Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Council, with comments and suggestions. It is open to representatives of local and regional authorities and their stakeholder associations. Experts, officials of EU institutions and think tanks are also invited to contribute.
