This conference will share the knowledge and outcomes from the three-year Horizon Europe project HuMUS – Healthy Municipal Soils. The  event will highlight the value of participatory governance for soil health, while identifying practical and policy-level bottlenecks in funding, regulation, and implementation. Participants will learn about the project's achievements, best practices, and the impact of these pilot studies on soil health across various European countries.

Participants of this event will have the opportunity to explore how to scale and replicate the HuMUS methodology, which empowers local and regional communities to co-develop soil solutions adapted to their specific territorial contexts.

The conference will also provide a platform for stakeholders to discuss the future of soil health management and the continued implementation of the successful strategies developed during the HuMUS project.
