The EGTC Euroregion Pyrenees – Mediterranean received the award for the Creamed Business Incubators network, creating employment, in particular among young entrepreneurs. The project aimed to structure the Euroregion Pyrenees-Mediterranean (EPM), composed of the regions Languedoc Roussillon, Midi-Pyrénées, Catalonia and the Balearic Islands, by organising tools to support the creation of companies and by interconnecting the networks that exist in each region. This strategy resulted in a new service offered within each regional network of business incubators and strengthened the incubators in their ability to welcome and promote start-ups.
The EGTC Gate to Europe received an honourable mention for the project "Together without borders", aiming to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the region.
The EGTC Europaregion Tyrol – South Tyrol – Trentino received an honourable mention for the second edition of the "Euroregio Youth Festival", gathering 100 students from all three territories of the European Region Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino, to discuss the job opportunities for the youth within the region.
