JRC Open call for EU regions: 2030CATALYSTS
Implementing the Sustainable Development Goals evenly across the EU requires place-based strategies.
A new call for EU regions to turn the SDGs into a local mission is now open: 2030CATALYSTS will support EU regions to enhance their approaches to SDG monitoring and implementation, and pave the way for effective, data-driven, co-created strategies.
20 regions will have the opportunity to be part of 2030CATALYSTS. Selected regions will:
- Acquire new scientific knowledge on SDG implementation and monitoring
- Learn from other regions
- Work hand in hand with the JRC, technical experts and partner institutions
- Establish themselves as sustainable development leaders
Deadline: 31 October
2030CATALYSTS is an initiative of the European Commission's Joint Research Centre, supported by the European Committee of the Regions and the European Parliament.
