ENVE works in fields related to the European Green Deal, which include the environment biodiversity, circular economy, zero pollution, climate change, energy, and space policies.
Creative thinking and collaboration between Kungsbacka municipality, Erlandsson Bygg and Eksta Bostads AB has resulted in six students studying learning construction in Kungsbacka.
The training, which also offers language support, lasts for one year and is located in the workplace with at least 70% of the time. It provides good opportunities for work in the industry or for studying further. In order to secure future skills, the attractiveness of the construction industry needs to stimulate, something that this project wants to contribute.
