The 5th CIVEX commission meeting will take place on 1 October 2025 from 11:00 to 17:30 at the European Committee of the Regions, Rue Belliard 99-101, room JDE 52.
The agenda includes the adoption of two draft opinions:
- Local and regional perspectives in the implementation of the European Internal Security Strategy ProtectEU by rapporteur Anne RUDISUHLI (FR/renew E.)
- The Localisation of the EU’s Global Gateway by rapporteur Jaume DUCH GUILLOT (ES/PES)
Other than the two adoptions, there will be an exchange of views on "The European Union’s strategic approach to the Black Sea region " (Rapporteur: Blagomir KOTSEV (BG/renew E.)).
