The cooperative enables new construction in rural areas with little capital and without a personal building loan. In addition, the model ensures that the cost of housing is based on real costs. The cooperative is also an easy way to start a new business

In the planning and implementation of the area, sustainability is primarily considered from the perspective of the residents. Economic, ecological and social sustainability play an essential role in a comprehensive solution. The goal is to create a carbon-neutral residential area where resource wisdom is brought into people's daily lives in an organised way.​​
