In the planning and implementation of the area, sustainability is primarily considered from the perspective of the residents. Economic, ecological and social sustainability play an essential role in a comprehensive solution. The goal is to create a carbon-neutral residential area where resource wisdom is brought into people's daily lives in an organised way.
