This project equips health, social, and other professionals with the necessary skills to foster dialogue among stakeholders and bridge communication gaps. By promoting horizontal relationships and integration, Dialogical Work aims to empower professionals to foster social change and navigate dynamic environments.
Recognising the vital role of interpersonal approaches in driving change, the Dialogical Work project proposes innovative methods to foster multidisciplinary collaboration across different levels of governance and sectors in the public sphere.
Hosted by Birgitta Sacrédeus, Member of the Committee of the Region, and Maurizia Rolli Director of Innovation in social and health services of the Emilia Romagna Region, the meeting will host representatives of local authorities, professionals, civil society organisations and educational experts directly involved in the project.
