This participatory event will bring together researchers, policymakers, innovation support actors, and civil society stakeholders to spotlight the essential role of women in shaping the future of rural areas and sustainable farming.

Participants will gain insights from FLIARA’s foresight analysis, over 200 case studies, and tested policy frameworks designed to support inclusive and sustainable rural innovation. A dedicated policy workshop will engage participants in analysing real challenges faced by women entrepreneurs in rural areas. Through collaborative exchanges, the workshop will help transform evidence into practical recommendations for European, national, and regional policy.

By showcasing FLIARA’s results and creating space for high-level dialogue, the conference aims to inspire action, promote knowledge exchange, and advance gender-responsive rural policy across Europe.
