#EURegionsWeek: applications close on 5 April 2024!

​The deadline for submission of the proposals for the EURegionsWeek 2024 call for application to become a partner has been extended until 05 April at 12:00 (Brussels time). 

All applicants have the opportunity to still submit/modify their proposal. 

Three issues have been solved: 

• Encoding of speakers/moderator/collaborator: the data you insert is correctly saved in the system even if it is not displayed in your application form. 

​​​Steps to add a speaker/moderator/collaborator: 

1. Add manually every user detail requested and click SAVE. 

2. The users added do not appear on your application form but are correctly saved. 

3. Add selecting from the existing users the ones you would like to add to your application and click ADD. 

4. Please keep the order indicated to avoid issues on the proper registration of your speakers/ moderator/ collaborator.  

• User short description (limited to 500 characters): please make sure the length of your description is 500 characters max. If your proposal was already submitted, please make sure to comply with the 500 characters limit of the short description.  

• ​Theme: please select one theme only.
