The June ENVE commission meeting will take place fully in person on Tuesday, 25 June 2024 from 11:00 to 17:00 in the room JDE 52 at the European Committee of the Regions, Rue Belliard 99-101, Brussels.
The agenda includes the adoption of the opinion on the "European Wind Power Action Plan", by rapporteur Andries GRYFFROY (BE/EA) and the exchange of views on "The future of EU climate policy: aligning mitigation targets and adaptation challenges", by rapporteur Markku MARKKULA (FI/EPP).
The afternoon will include an outlook debate that will contribute to the Annual Report of on the State of Regions and Cities 2024 with references to the financial and policy aspects of the future Green Deal.
