“World Peace Culture & Arts Festival 2026” is an EU Local Dialogue organised by CoR member Carmine Pacente (IT/Renew Europe) in Milan, Italy. The event will explore how culture, music and artistic exchange can foster dialogue between communities, strengthen mutual understanding and contribute to peace and international cooperation.
Held at the TAM Teatro Arcimboldi Milano, the dialogue will bring together institutional representatives, cultural organisations and citizens to discuss the role of culture and the arts in addressing global challenges and promoting shared values. Particular attention will be given to the experience of the WuLe Symphony Orchestra, whose international activities combine music with messages of peace and compassion. The event will also showcase the international programme of the World Peace Culture & Arts Festival 2026 and examine the contribution that European institutions, artists and cultural organisations can make to strengthening intercultural dialogue and cooperation.
