The Municipal Biodiversity Atlas will allow the city of Autun to improve knowledge of biodiversity issues in the area, promoting understanding and ownership of these issues by elected representatives, municipal teams, local players and residents.

The Autun municipality has produced a biodiversity atlas for its territory. The aim of this atlas is to improve knowledge of biodiversity issues in the area, promoting understanding and ownership of these issues by elected representatives, municipal teams, local players and residents. To this end, naturalist inventories have been carried out to improve knowledge of the territory's fauna, participatory surveys have been launched to enable citizens to participate in the development of knowledge, and naturalist outings have been organised to enable the general public to discover the commune's biodiversity.
