Your job and responsibilities
Interested in political, legislative and analytical work related to economic policy, with a specific focus on digital policy and artificial intelligence? Like to be part of a dynamic team, holding a wide set of responsibilities, and having frequent contact with the members of the European Committee of the Regions (CoR)?
As an Administrator in the ECON Commission secretariat, your main tasks: coordinate, prepare and follow-up (on) the work of the CoR's Network of Regional Hubs for EU Policy Implementation Review (RegHub) and manage its relations with other EU institutions, including through the organisation of workshops in Brussels and abroad.

JOB-SPECIFIC REQUIREMENTS
- You have passed EPSO CAST FGIV
- You have sound experience in empirical research and political analysis.
- You can organise your work efficiently and you are able to prioritize tasks when working under pressure.
- You have strong good analytical skills and good drafting skills.
- You have a good ability to work in a team.
- Previous work and project management experience is desirable.
- Knowledge of the functioning of the EU institutions would be an asset.
- You have a thorough knowledge of one of the official languages of the European Union and a satisfactory knowledge of another of the EU official languages. For functional reasons, a high level of English is required, and a good level of French is desirable.
You have a good command of IT applications and tools, such as Outlook, Excel, Word and SharePoint, including AI tools in a secure environment.
