During the 21st COTER Commission meeting, members will discuss the impact of the work of the COTER commission in 2023, as well as its upcoming work in 2024. The meeting will also focus on two new opinions:
- An exchange of views on the Opinion on Smart, sustainable and affordable housing as a tool for local authorities to face multiple challenges

- A general exploratory debate on the Opinion on Greening Freight Transport

The COTER members will also have opportunity to take part in 3 debates on the following themes:
- Cross-border cooperation in the shared management of emergency services: models of good practice
- Evaluation of e-Cohesion in 2014-2020
- Eurostat Regional Year Book 2023 and use of Eurostat data in the CoR annual report on the State of Regions and Cities 2023
