Brussels is set to welcome ARLEM members from the EU and the Eastern and Southern Mediterranean countries as well as high-level speakers.
Discussions will revolve around the ARLEM annual thematic report on the new Euro-Mediterranean strategic agenda, the role of local and regional authorities in fostering peace, reconciliation and dialogue and civil protection.
