93th Conference of Ministers for European Affairs of the German Federal States

The 93th conference of Ministers for European Affairs of the German federal states will be held on the 6th and 7th December in the CoR. Members are the ministers of the 16 German federal states who are responsible for European Affairs. The conference particularly represents the participation of the German federal states in all European policy debates through a common position to strengthen their position. Since 1st of July Schleswig-Holstein chairs the conference for one year. The ministers will debate on Macro-regional Strategies and how to foster rural areas as well as other current issues like the Future of Europe, the mid-term review of the MFF, migration policy and the competitiveness of the EU with distinguished guests from EU politics, business and science.
