For example, the aid administrators have worked to use tablets for home visits. The pilot project has been scaled up by the fact that all employees in the exercise of authority have a tablet as their working tool. This is to be able to show customers what service they can take part in in the community and be able to provide better information via images, apps, etc. The administrators can also show customers what is documented in their ongoing investigation. It is a way to use digitalization to increase the participation of Healthcare & Care customers.
