The Joint Consultative Committee (JCC) between the CoR and Albania will meet in Elbasan on 30 October 2026. The host will be Mayor Gledian Llatja, who is a co-chair of the JCC, together with Antonio Mazzeo (IT/PES), Vice-President of the Regional Council of Tuscany.
At this meeting of the joint body, the delegates drawn from the members of the CoR and Albania's local authorities will gather both for policy dialogue on Albania's accession process as well as exchange of best practice on public transport.
