The European Committee of the Regions (CoR) is preparing an Opinion on Soil Monitoring and Resilience, led by rapporteur, Frida Nilsson (SE/RE), Member of Lidköping Municipality Local Assembly of the Commission for the Environment, Climate change and Energy.
