11th COTER commission meeting

The 11th meeting of the CoR Commission for Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget (COTER) will take place at the European Committee of the Regions, Rue Belliard 99-101, Brussels, room JDE 52 on Thursday, 19 November 2026.

At this meeting, COTER members will discuss and vote on the following opinions:

• Outermost Regions Package (Rapporteur: Thibault LECHAT-VEGA (FR/PES))
• EU Strategy for Islands (Rapporteur: Noel FORMOSA (MT/EPP))

Exchanges of views will take place on the following opinions:

• Affordable Housing Act (Rapporteur: Andres JAADLA (ET/renew E.))
• Autonomous Driving (Rapporteur: Arianna Maria CENSI (IT/PES)) 

COTER members will also hold a debate on the Multiannual Financial Framework (MFF) 2028-2034.

Moreover, they will have the opportunity to discuss the COTER Commission Work Program 2027.
